Following a suggestion from one of the users of GTrends SE, I’ve added proxy support to the tool. Now you can specify a HTTP proxy in the “Settings” window. I’ve finally gotten this site in a more-or-less presentable condition and it’s now open to the general public. There’s still a lot of work to be done, but it’s a start
